Who we support

Incoming and current international students, prospective postgraduate students, and parents or guardians exploring practical support. We also welcome conversations with universities, education institutions and student-focused organisations.

• Accommodation Support: We help with accommodation searches, shortlisting and viewing arrangements so you can explore suitable options.
• Airport Arrival Support: We help coordinate arrivals and onward travel, with personal arrival assistance in supported locations.
• Orientation & Settling In: Get practical support with your new city, essential shopping, transport and everyday arrangements.
• Student Consultation: Talk through your relocation plans, accommodation questions and next steps with our team.

Support depends on location, availability and booking requirements. We confirm the relevant scope, inclusions, exclusions and costs before booking.

Community and practical information

Our student community offers a place to ask questions and share experiences. Free community participation is separate from paid individual services.

We can discuss a small pilot before considering a wider arrangement. This workflow is a proposal, not an established operational programme.

We welcome discussion of practical support referrals, student engagement and a small introductory collaboration. These are proposed opportunities, not claims of established institutional partnerships.
